The Evolution of the SUJIS Program: 2021 to 2025

Our Professional Development Program has undergone continuous transformation, adapting to the needs of the market and our students:

SUJIS was launched as a soft skills support program and a value proposition for student retention, based on three fundamental phases: self-discovery, growth, and market readiness. From its beginnings, weekly soft skills conferences were implemented, marking the start of a new era at BIU.

The program evolves toward the concept of “integral development,” which includes six areas of development represented in the BIU Cube. Weekly conferences are maintained, and a system of semiannual assessments (Predictive Index, VUCA, and Resilience) is incorporated, along with welcome sessions and group coaching for each of them.

Building on the success of the seminars and the integral development vision, Soft Skills and Hard Skills certifications are developed, and complementary technical skills are mapped, creating a robust and diversified catalog.
